yes the Donald breakfast is s available. It is now at the tusker house I believe 8:00am to 10:00 are the time is saw posted for it. We will be going to this bk in December 7-13 as well. We went to the Tusker House breakfast in January and it was very good! The characters looked cute in their safari outfits - it was Mickey, Donald, Daisy and Goofy. We would definitely go again!
