Dolphin?

Has anyone stayed at the Dolphin? I've never stayed there but I love the proximity to Epcot, Studios and Boardwalk. Not to mention, there is a huge variety of restaurants. I can get the government discount which helps with the price. I usually stay at the French Quarter which I love but the price for the end of July is a bit much and DH isn't a fan of value resorts.
