Hello, this is cruise not park related but I thought maybe I could get some advice from you all! I am going on the Fantasy in October. My 12 year old has Fragile X syndrome, so, he has some autistic traits mixed in with what you might see with a child with downs. He loves to do all things other kids do, and is fully mobile. (But I have a concern that he may freak out entering water on a ladder even though he has done this in the past).
I really would like him to participate in a dolphin encounter with the rest of our group. For those of you that have done this would you recommend we try this in Cozumel, at Dolphinaris, or dolphin discovery at chankanaab park, or dolphin discovery at grand cayman.

Thank you!

I haven't done either excursion. You might try cross-posting on the Disney Cruise Line Forum -- I'm sure many people there can share their experiences. It may not have the "disability" viewpoint but you might be able to make some determination anyway.

Enjoy your cruise!
