Dolphin Spotlight Tour and More Questions

I don't even know where to start with questions? All help is more than greatly appreciated!

I have signed up for tour 1 Dolphin Spot Light but don't have a time, anyone know what time or approximate time that might be?
Are you able to take pictures? Or is it only the SW photographers? Are you able to put other pictures from the park on the disc you purchase?
Is it safer to keep all belongings away from the animals?
Do we need to remove our rings etc?

I searched but couldn't find any reports so any help would be great! (Even tips on searching)
