Dolphin Resort View?

For those who have stayed in a Resort View Room at the Dolphin - what kind of view did you have?

Are ALL the Resort View rooms facing EPCOT or are there others?

And do ALL Resort View rooms have balconies?

no not all resortview rooms have balconies. After the the third floor the balconies are on every other room. I don't believe all resortview rooms have a view of Epcot. If you want to have an Epcotview, state that you would like an Epcotview or ask to be on the outside of the east wing and as high up as possible.
