Dolphin Resort Renovations

Where is the Dolphin with their renovations? We have stayed there in the past and it was horrible with noise level early morn to late at night. Where should I request to stay? Which side? We have a balcony room. Thank you.

Are they still working on the fountain?

I was there in April and they were still working on the fountain but I don't recall seeing any other renovations going on. I might not have been looking but I did go to the pool and it was all done.
