Dolphin questions

Hi everyone- I love reading all your posts and have found this board immensely helpful. I am SPG Gold- thanks to all of you, and have booked at the Dolphin with the nurse rate- again thanks to all of you!!! I have 2 questions though, is there/has there traditionally been a cigar event at the Dolphin in Oct?? My DH is very excited at this prospect.
Next, I am hoping to upgrade to CL, I have 20,000 pts saved! What is the chance they would upgrade me further due to Gold, and if not, what standard CL room should I request?
Thanks in advance -I love this board!!! Hoping we will love the Dolphin too, as we have booked another 11 days for April/04 after the Oct trip!!!!

Hi,

We (hubby and I) attended the spring cigar event (outstanding). We were told that they were planning on having the fall cigar event as well. They did not say month/date...we were put on a mailing list.

We can't wait for the fall cigar event...we are looking forward to it.

You will love the Dolphin, it is soooo awesome!!! We did not get an upgrade for our last trip, so instead of wishing for an upgrade for our next trip, we just decided to spend the extra $$ & surprise the kids with CL upgrade.
