Does anyone know what the promo from deb's site is for at the Dolphin?

"A Special Category Upgrade" offered by all ears? Does that mean better view or upgrade to conceirge or what???

With Deb's codes you get a great discount plus one category upgrade. We used Deb's AllEars code to get a great rate for May 29th to June 9th at the Dolphin! We got a standard room for $169.50 with an automatic upgrade to a lake view. So with Deb's code if you book a resort room view with a balcony you'll get an automatic upgrade to club level (assuming there is availablilty).

I have not viewed the site, or the referenced "promo" offered. Therefore, I do not wish to offer any advice which is incorrect or misleading. However, an upgrade (complimentary) to Concierge is highly unlikely.

The promotion is probably for a "preferred view" which is considered a "catagory" upgrade. Other "catagory" upgrades include a "Balcony" room and a "Deluxe" room over a standard room (which again, is sometimes based upon "view" rather than amenities).

Concierge or Club level is usually never included in any complimentary/promo upgrades, in any resort property. It is very limited, and usually reserved for paying guests, or guests using points through the Starwood preferred guest program. Platinum APG members receive CL as a complimentary perk.
