Dolphin or Disney resort w/ AP rates?

Going to Disney during Presidents' week in Feb. 2007. Already booked the Dolphin at the teacher rate of 189.00/night before taxes. Was checking out the latest AP rate for the same length stay at AKL and WL for Dec. 23-29 (Holiday week...usually more costly than peak season....when we plan to travel in Feb.) Just wanted to see how good the prices were. Well, AKL and WL prices are much better with the current AP discount offered (around 150.00/night. (I was able to check it out as we went last year during Christmas week and my husband purchased an AP just to get the great rates.) So here's my question: Does anyone have experience using their AP to get a great rate at the Dolphin??? My husband's AP doesn't expire until late December, so I wondered if it might be worth renewing it for our Feb. trip.
