Dolphin Encounter 11:00 or 2:00?

Does anyone know if it is better to do the Dolphin Encounter at 11:00 a.m. or 2:00 p.m. (at Nassau - Bahamas - 4-day Wonder cruise)? I emailed the company directly, and they put me on the 2:00 program instead of the 11:00. But if you do the 2:00 program, do you not get the lunch, and will you have time to enjoy Blue Lagoon beach before you have to return to ship?
