Dolphin and kids

How is the CM's at the Dolphin with kids?

We have always found them to be helpful and friendly. The S/D is one of our favorite resorts. My 5 yr old dd loves staying there. The CMs have always been great with her.

Quite honestly from some of our experiences we've found them even more helpful than some of the CMs at the WDW owned resorts.

Thanks for the reply. I think one of the guide books had rated S/D with 1 star (3 stars being the best) for kid friendly.

Whoever wrote that guidebook must really have it in for the S/D-another DISer posted some info about the S/D getting poor grades for room quality and noise. Would love to know whose taking those surveys!! We'll have to knock some sense into them

I know - I did not agree with anything in that rating list I believe. We found the Swan to be exceptional or I would not be returning!

My kids were always treated with respect except for one incident with my son which turned out to be funny in the long run. (He purchased $$$$ worth of stuff from either one of the golf courses or one of the stores and had it sent to the Swan - the one gal wouldn't let him pick it up because his name was not listed on our room listing - I thought it was funny because he had picked up everything I had bought for days before that!!! But the stuff he wanted and paid for he couldn't get!!!) And then they didn't treat his disrespectfully - she was doing her job!

Regardless - my DD who was 9 last year LOVED it there. Everyone was so polite to her and they were great when we did some mild special food requests at Tubby's etc.
