Looking at Dollywood in August. 2 adults, 2 seniors, 1 preschooler. Is it worth it to stay on the onsite hotel or cabins? Or should we stay at one of the partner hotels?
If you stay at the DreamMore hotel, you get automatic front of the line at Dollywood. You also get a shuttle to and from the parks. We loved the DreamMore - nicely appointed rooms and a great pool
We loved the the Dreammore. So nice not to have to park and tram. The back entrance is calm. Reminds me of Epcot's IG. The Qbot is not as nice as the FP, but it still allows you to get better show seating and to avoid some lines. We had season passes to Dollywood last year and it has become like Disney- always crowded.
If I were going to Dollywood, the Dreammore is the place to stay. Beautiful resort.
My DD and I want to take a trip and stay at DreamMore. We love Dollywood! It looks lovely! We usually stay at a ski condo because its cheap, but we may have to try this out.
We're trying DreamMore for 2 nights in August. We've visited Dollywood for the past 20 years and the crowds have steadily grown every year. I guess that is what finances the new coasters and the resort, but I miss the old days of walk-on all rides all day.
