dollar stores/discount groceries

I know Kissimmee is a tourist area, but does anyone know of any good Dollar Stores or discount grocery places close to the Windsor Hills Development? We are flying and renting a car. We will need to purchase most of our groceries, except what we pack in our suitcases. We would love to do some discount stores. We are familiar with the Publix and Super Target.

there is a walmart on us 27 which connects with US 192

but target is probably your best bet
