Dollar Rental - Lock Low and Go ??

We are using Dollar Rent a car this year, and we are trying to get the best deal possible.... the Lock low and go price is about $200 for the 9+ days (including all taxes) - which I think is pretty good.

Does anyone have any experience with the Lock low and go? The website says you get a mid size car or larger.... any experience or feedback anybody what to share??

I'd also like to hear some experiences with this. I'm using it for a DL trip at LAX next month. I've never done it before either.

I used them on our last trip and it was a good deal, we were suppost to get a midsize, but I asked if there was anything else, we ended up with this huge Yukon thing for 400/week and not 1000!

They will try to upsell you the insurence like most car rental places. They even let us return the car a few hours early with no penatly.

Over all I think they were good and I will be doing the lock and go in Jan.

Check mousesaverse for codes you can even save more sometimes that way.

Thanks for your feedback. Not sure if I would want something that big for the week for just DH and I - yikes!!
