Dollar express through VH

DISWolves was in express line in front of me in August, he had booked either Virgin package or flydrive, they told him to go to Virgin desks but he was dealt with before others(don't know if it was seperate line). If you don't get any responses maybe PM him and ask.

Obi............I booked VH with Dollar car rental. I went to normal Dollar Express line, but was re-directed to Virgin Dollar desk (opposite side of building (near to entrance to Dollar car park. About 10 - 12 people were in front of me in the Virgin queue. I showed my Dollar Express car at the enquiry desk and was directed to a separate channell, where I was served by the next available Dollar rep.

We booked VH fly-drive but it worked out better to book car hire directly through Dollar and not pick up the Virgin Car. Didn't bother booking the extra insurance etc and we got a bigger car for an overall better price.

I went on VH flydrive in July this year. Walking down towards the Virgin desk to get the car ,i noticed the Dollar express sign went over, no one in the queue and was took and on my way to get the car in about 7 mins, without any problems
