A few of us have been having problems trying to pre register https://www.dollar.com/tour/fl/tour_preregistration.aspx
I have emailed dollar( rhelpdesk@dollar.com ) and had a reply :
Thank you for your e-mail.
Your Dollar Express number has been added to your reservation.
You can access the reservation by using the View link located
at the bottom of the homepage. Once you gain access to your reservation
you can click the Printer Friendly link to re-print the updated
information for your records.
