Dollar code question

Does anyone know the source of the FISH code? I have seen this mentioned by several different people, but can't figure out if it's a special code for a special group of people or something? Anyone know if this is just a public code? It actually gives me pretty good rates for my December minivan rental but I don't want to use it if the code will not be acceptable for me.

Don't know about the FISH code, but try FVG. It's from the Florida Vacation guide, so anyone can use it. I got a minivan for August for 10 days for $42/day.
