Dollar Car Hire

Hi everyone

Booked our car hire through Airline Network over the weekend & thought I would pre-register (as discussed on a recent thread). However, when I have entered the voucher/invoice no (also tried reservation no) Dollar says it can't find anything

Anybody got any ideas?

We are registered with Dollar Express so wasn't sure if we did need to pre register but a bit worried now they can't find us!

I emailed airline network my Dollar Express number (which they acknowledged & said it would be 'noted & Dollar my Airline Network booking ref. It worked cos they were expecting me

you can only register 30 days before, if you have booked through airline network try putting in your invoice number for them

Thanks - we don't go until October so perhaps that's why.
