I saw this today too. Too bad it won't work for me. I'm trying to book a car rental in South Africa for July 2019 - outside this discount window. I've also found that most rental car discount codes don't work for international rentals. The best I've been able to find is the AARP 25% discount, which does work for international rental. I just have to fork over the $12 AARP membership fee first.
