Awesome! I hope this sticks around for F&W festival in the fall, or better yet, permanently.

Can anyone report on how the Dole whip with the spiced rum tasted?

I'm not a fan of pinapple, so I tried the orange one last week. The orange part tasted sour. I was kinda disapointed. blech.

As much as I love that they are now available in other places now, it just isn't the same for me unless i I am at MK.

I've never been tempted to drink alcohol in EPCOT, but I might have to try the rum whip...I would love to know what people think of it!

I'm waiting for the reports too. The dang picture that showed up earlier today has spent hours taunting me at my desk while I try to work .....!

Yeah, you'd have to. Otherwise everyone here would think you were weird :rotfl:

I don't drink alcohol at WDW (or haven't so far) because I've always been the only adult solely responsible for my daughter, but with the prospect of an upcoming solo trip :rolleyes1 that is likely to change!

$6.25 with rum. Definitely a smaller serving than you get with a regular Dole Whip at MK. and not much rum. Just so you don't expect the same size serving.

I also do not anticipate this going beyond the F&G festival.

I'm so jealous, the merging of dole whip and rum is a merging of two wonderful things I love... But of course they do it when I'm pregnant!! I work at so Epcot so it'll taunt me for the whole festival! Lol!

WHAT?!?? *leaves work right now and heads on up* Hah! I wish! Please oh please let this stick around!!

I tried it today at the Epcot F&G Festival and my opinion is   :faint:  :furious:

I had hoped they would do something such as add the rum into the mix and get a combined flavor. Apparently what they did was run the Dole Whip into a glass and then add the rum over the top, so that it pooled near the bottom.

It really did not enhance any of the flavor. And when I tried stirring near the end it was just yucky.

It was definitely not worth the $6.25 that was charged.

:(

Was excited to give it a try next month.

Might have to save those precious bites for some other tasty Epcot treat!

Sounds like, I need to bring one back from MK and mix in a little Malibu Rum. :thumbsup2
