Dole Whip or Dole Float?

Which is your favorite- the Whip or the Float? And do you get pineapple or citrus?
I think I had one of these when I was about six, I remember getting something good when we came out of the Enchanted Tiki Room.
Now I'm going back and I must have one of these!!

Float, and I always ask for the pineapple/citrus swirl. Mmmmmm, can't wait to have one in 9 days!

I always get the float while my husband goes back and forth between the float and the whip. It's always pineapple for both of us and we generally will order the pineapple spear. I know it sounds like pineapple overload but it's so good!

I start with a Dole Whip (pineapple) when they open up.

Then in the afternoon I need a little hydration so I get a Dole Float (all pineapple).

And...at the end I get another Dole Whip (pineapple) cause there is always room for ice cream (although I have now learned it's not ice cream they serve ).

By now I am so over pineappled out I am good for 6 months.

I love floats anyway, so it was a no brainer for me And it was so yummy I had my first one AND second one in the same day LOL ( I did share with my kiddos ... well a little bit! )

I've had both dolewhip float with pineapple juice AND the citrus swirl float with pineapple juice....and i absolutely LOVE the citrus swirl much better!!!!!!!!! the orange/vanilla combination is so much tastier than the original dole whip float. Combination with the pineapple juice is HEAVEN! If you like the original, you will DIE will you taste citrus swirl. YUM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The float pineapple with pineapple juice. The pineapple dole whip is what I grew up with (lived in Orange County).

When we went to Disneyworld in 2009...my family all decided to try different things (vanilla, citrus, swirls, etc.), I was the only one who got the float. All 4 other people admitted that mine was the best.

I actually prefer the rootbeer/vanilla float. I love pineapple, but for some reason, this does nothing for me. DS ordered the citrus swirl in coke, CM said he'd never had that request before.

So I guess I need to get two floats, one for each flavor, and share among the family!! Good thing it's four of us going...
Only one vote for the citrus so far...and the dole whip in coke does sound just....strange. I guess it would taste like pineapple coke?

I prefer my Dole whip straight up.

Pineapple Dole Whip in Pineapple juice. Its the only way to go.

I'm a purist- straight pineapple juice! DL doesn't have the citrus flavor but I find that the pineapple whip isn't pineapple-y enough for me. I may get a pineapple spear in my juice next time, though.

I know I had a dole whip when I was younger...several times I'm sure.

I haven't had one as an adult and don't at all remember the taste. Looks like next week I'm gonna have to jog my memory with one!
