Dole Whip, Love it or Hate it?

My whole family loves them. Especially the float! I also love the citrus swirl. This summer I plan on trying the strawberry one in FantasyLand.

I was very eager to taste a dole whip after all the rave reviews about it on the DIS. Well I tasted it and ... it's OK, it will still be a magical vacation without one.

I dont like them, they are way too sweet for me.

Just goes to show you. Everyones taste is so different. I thought it was way to sour, and not sweet enough. I however love sour things. But, this was a bit to sour. So I chose indifferent. I skipped it last year, and skipped it at DL in April. Maybe, i will try it again this August. But, dont really know.

I am not a huge fan of the plain Dole Whip. I think it has a bit of an off-taste. I do LOVE the Dole Whip Float, however. When pineapple juice is added to it, it makes it wonderful!

Bleck!!! Lactose Intolerant. Tried mom's and it was gross. Not my cup of tea. I liked the pineapple juice though.

Strawberry Swirls are sold at Enchanted Grove near Mad Tea Party, not Mrs. Pott's Cupboard. It is vanilla and strawberry swirled together.

Thanks for the picture. That is not quite what I imagined. I thought it would be more "real strawberry" like the citrus swirl.
