Dole Whip in Dover NH

I've been feeling a little down this week because this is my girls' vacation week and we had talked about heading down to Disney but couldn't because my husband's job isn't the most secure these days. Anyway, I brought my kids out to get some Spring clothes and on the way back they were lobbying hard to stop for ice cream. I gave in and we stopped at Golick's in Dover. I've noticed before that they've had Dole Whip, but it's always been vanilla and chocolate although the sign says the flavors change. Well, today they had PINEAPPLE. I got some and it was delicious. I can't say whether or not it's the same as at Disney because I've never had it there (which I will correct the next time we're down there) but it was wonderful. I thought of Bob while I was enjoying it. What a great little Disney bonus on the week that I SHOULD be there. Anyone in the area who has a craving, head on down there before the flavors change again !

hope you enjoyed your little treat, sorry you didn't get to enjoy in the world, but hopefully you will soon enough! they are divine. the only other place i've seen them is in Oahu at the Dole pineapple farm.

I saw them at a fair once a few years ago. I have gone back 3 years since then and no Dole Whip... It is a grat find when you do find it though... brightens your day every time!!

We have Dole Whips here at Jumpin Jacks - I never seem to hit Pineapple day though...

I work in Dover and go by Golick's all the time. I discovered the Dole Whip a couple of years ago. I'll stop about once a week in the summer just to see if they have pineapple. It's always a gamble though since they rotate the flavors. Once I see that they have pineapple on the menu, I'll stop everyday until they change it! A little piece of Disney in NH
