We just returned from a quick Disney trip, and noticed that pineapple Dole Whips are available @ Joe’s @ The Boardwalk. Since Joe’s is a full bar, they can add alcohol.

It's been available since at least 2016, though they call it a "pineapple smoothie" - the version w/ rum is called the captain's seaside sensation. cheers!
