Captain Cook's also has vanilla, so you can swirl it with the pineapple if you want.

We had the same problem with warm juice at MK. It was my first Dole Whip ever and it didnt make for such a great experience. If the juice was chilled it would have been wonderful!

Just a note - the dole whips aren't exactly ice cream which is good for me since I am lactose intolerant. In fact they are pretty low in fat from what I understand - which is always a plus!

I didn't realize that the Chocolate & Vanilla were considered to be Dole Whip. I thought they were regular soft serve. I found a listing on wikipedia that lists the current available Dole Whip flavors: Vanilla, Chocolate, Pineapple, Strawberry, Raspberry, Mango, and Orange. So it seems the banana I had years ago is no longer available.

Sorry but I love the floats, melted Dole whip or not.

I agree - they are great! But I was so psyched to try one in Disneylasnd last year, I was a bit disappointed. Great but not the greatest thing I ever had.

I loved the Dole Whip! I can't wait to have another when we go back. Literally I had a dream about WDW and in it we went to get a Dole Whip. Ha ha... Truly a dreamy delight!

Like many it took me a few trips before I tried a Dole Whip. Love them & the float. Another suggestion to try if your dryed out is a glass of cold pineapple juice. I tried that the last trip and it was really refreshing.

When you order your first dole whip, I strongly suggest you do the vanilla and pineapple swirl one...if you order it straight up with just pineapple, its over powering. Mixed with vanilla and its just right.
