Anyone have a favorite K9? Here is a pic of my lovable mutt Heather. She is a 5 yr old Lab mix that came from the pound. That purple toy in front of her has been aptly named Heather's "person." My best friend's kid came up with that one. You gotta love the thought patterns of a 3 yr old.

I'm a Chicago hot dog lover -- Vienna all–beef dog on a steamed poppy seed bun. Topped with tomato, sport peppers, onion, neon relish, pickle spear, celery salt and mustard. Vienna dog with a natural casing that "snaps" when you bite it... Mmmmmm...

Oh wait, that's not what you meant?

I still miss Chicago hot dogs...

Yoshi and Peach! They are german shepherd/golden retriever mixes. Brother and sister! We adopted them about 1.5 years ago. Peach is a little chunky, she eats Yoshi's food. I will post front view pics of them later - they are too cute. All they do is love.

Here he is playing ball in the "street"... we live on a cul-da-sac. He loves the ball more then me I think...

Hey! What a great idea for a thread. Below is a picture of the incomparable Ajax (male/chocolate lab) and Echo (female/yellow lab). Sorry the picture is not so great - it is the one used as wallpaper for my cell phone. I usually delete photos from my computer after I print them (yes, the dogs have several albums devoted to them!).

Maximus (yes, we named him after a gladiator ) or to us he is just Max- like the majority of dogs out there.

Ok, he really is a CUTE dog! I was able to catch him during one of his "I'm going to run around like a mad dog- really really fast...and then grab my puppy chew toy and roll over and look evil" moments. A face only a mother could love ​

And here is his 'cute' picture He is a pound puppy we rescued when he was 5-6 weeks old! We know that there is Beagle in him...but as for what else- who knows! ​
