Dog chewing wood

I have 2 dogs, 1 is 2 years old and the other is 1.5 years old. The younger one was really bad about chewing wood (like the hardwood floor) but seemed to finally stop. Nothing happened for several months and now the 2 year old (maybe even both of them) has started chewing wood. I don't understand why. They have plenty of toys. Nothing about their enviroment has changed. Does anyone have any advice? I have just sprayed Bitter Apple over almost the entire floor. I'm hoping that helps.

See if your meat department sells marrow bones for dogs. It will give them something very hard to chew on and hopefully help. Our dog LOVES them. Our store sells 3 good sized ones for $1.
