Halliburton???? What does that have to do with Cheney. He completely divested YEARS ago. His deferred comp is guaranteed by insurance contracts. Whether Haliburton makes billions or goes bankrupt does not effect Cheney one iota. (BTW, is Halliburton evil??)

Yes, Scooter has been charged. Are you saying Cheney made Scooter lie? After 2 years of investigation by the independent prosecutor -- no charges against Cheney -- or do you have a secret source?

Absolutely! My sister says she thinks that's the reason he isn't "visible." I remember right after Katrina the rumor was that he was lying in a hospital bed on the verge of death! Nobody had a friggin' clue where the guy was. Seemed VERY cold that he couldnt find the time to at least express a note of sympathy when it happened.
