I say thank you also. However, I am not part of the complaining crowd. I actually think that vmk has the right to do whatever they wish. Leave it to them and if you don't like it then that's too bad @_@

Well I feel very sorry that you think that anyone who does their job shouldn't be thanked. As someone who works with a computer quite a bit I was more than unhappy with peoples comments on the new halloween pins. I understand people have their opinions and that's fine I respect that. But I bet 90% of them have no idea what kind of time and effort it would take to go into making something look like that. And for the record I'd like to say it is not VMK Staff's job to make us happy THAT is why I am thanking them. Because they made ME happy.

That is true. I thank them when they make me happy. But, it is their job to make people happy.

To be honest, I dont think their job is defined to make people happy. They are there to help you and keep you safe. In addition, they do their best to provide us with games and such to entertain. We make ourselves happy, cant expect someone to make us happy. In addition, as posted on the VMK site, VMK Staff should be treated like you would treat a school teacher, with respect.

Well, I guess I fall into the "anyone" category.

Honestly, my complaints are more about the people than the game itself. I am glad that there is an ignore button available on both VMK and the Dis. (I say this to mean that is a complaint I can remedy myself)

I find the bugs funny, the hosts hard-working, I don't care about any of the halloween stuff, so I am okay with what has been released and truthfully, any release is good since this is only a game.

And, Seth is working on bigger projects now, which are in the real world. The real DisneyWorld that is. So, having said that, I am not upset at all that VMK is not releasing everything that everybody wants simply because my future trips to WDW will be better for it.

Sure ppl should be able to voice frustrations, but how about a forum especially for VMK complaints/rants/gripes. Positive ideas/suggestions could stay where they are, but why not have a whole forum for the other.

Bat, I think you're right, there are always more complaint threads than thanks threads. It's human nature for people to be vocal about things when they're unsatisfied.

I don't think that VMK is left entirely without thanks though... I see many compliments and thanks coming from posters all the time in the "New This Day/Week" threads instead of separate threads. In fact often the "New This Day/Week" threads devolve into nothing but post after post of "Wow neat new item, thanks VMK!" (and "Where are the pictures?" )

I think most reviews (both positive and negative) you'll find are in those New Item/Feature threads.

Just a thought.

Oh, and "No". People will never stop complaining.

VMK should have a new event.

Be a host for a day.

If i were host, i'd have lots of people flocking around me wherever i go.
I'd have people asking dumb questions that i don't have the power to answer.
I'd have people in my maze rooms asking to do trades with others holding up the lines.
I'd hear a lot about how VMK cheated them out of something.
I'd hear a lot of people asking if they can have inferno.
I'd be at the mercy of the servers that i have no control to fix, and would have to tell everyone that yes, the lag is bad.


Oh yeah, i'd hear some people say thanks for things. That's the most important thing i would enjoy doing.
