Does your wardrobe match your ADRs?

Only DD when she was smaller and mostly just princess dresses for the princess meals.

DS doesn't like clothes that draws attention to him. And I'm not into matching shirts or outfits so the princess dresses are as far as we go.

I usually just theme for the day like for Epcot I'll wear a princess shirt in their native language and at Animal Kingdom I have a zebra mickey shirt with matching ears that I'll wear. Although I bought Eeyore ears to wear to CP on our next trip. Etsy has all the cutest Disney things.

i have a spreadsheet of shirts but more for the park we are going to than a meal. . although we did all wear rapunzel themed shirts to bon voyage breakfast :)

I plan on dressing to match at the Story Book Dining at Artist Point with Snow White, if I can snag the ADR that is.
We did this! I wore a blue shirt and yellow shorts with red jewelry. My husband has a shirt with the dwarfs. Dopey and Grumpy got a kick out of his shirt, and the Queen seemed to give us extra side-eye, ha.

The only time I "match" the decor is when I eat at 'Ohana. Hawaiian shirts and board shorts are pretty much all I wear at WDW.

All the photos are so cute! With 2 teenaged boys and a tween who won't do anything she perceives as being for little kids, I can only imagine the reaction I'd get if I tried, LOL!

My 13 year old is actually the biggest character fan out of all of us. He loves Mickey shirts and rocks a Pluto hat in the parks, but he'd definitely put his foot down about anything more. My youngest was 7 and 9 on our 2 Disney trips. On the first trip the most Disney she'd agree to was a Star Wars shirt, and on the second she went with a Mary Poppins quote. I think she'd want to trade me in for a new mother if I tried to get her in anything princess or the big 5, LOL.

We typically match what we're going to do that day, which usually includes an ADR but not always. I thought I was the only crazy one!

Stitch is my daughter's favorite character, so we finally made it to Ohanas!

WOAH..... I really need to step up my game :) !!

These are all AMAZING, not to mention your children are gorgeous!

Am I the only one who dresses the family to match the theme of the restaurants for great photos?

If you do too, show me your pictures :)

We do sometimes, and sometimes it a huge fail.... when I was prego I wore a Pooh shirt to crystal palace that said I have a rumbly in my tummy and I got no reaction, so it was a bit of a bummer!!

I bought this shirt for my DD for our upcoming trip. We have an ADR at AP and she will probably wear it. Its really for the MNSSHP. She will be Evie from Descendants :) I bought a blue skater skirt to go with it.

Good luck with your ADR. Hope you get it .

Have you gone yet? My daughter wants to wear her rotten to the core shirt and I’m wondering if the Evil Queen will react at all.

We did some dressing to match, but to generally match the plan for the day. Some days, that meant matching meals. Others, it was characters or rides we were meeting. For instance, on our CRT day, we were also meeting Rapunzel (my middle's favorite) so while we were all in princess attire (hubby has a prince t-shirt), she matched her princess at the greet, not the meal. Similarly, when we did Bon Voyage, two of my girls matched Ariel and Rapunzel and my third was in her Elsa dress. I wasn't bringing clothes for a family of 5 to do costume changes, so we picked something and went with it for the whole day.

How often do you find the characters react to the outfits that are specific to them?

Actually they usually do react. But we have a big family, so I think their outfits are pretty obvious. This summer Goofy noticed our shirts had Mickey Mouse on them. He showed us he was sad that his picture wasn’t on our shirts. Ha! Then we went to Artist Point another time. I had a shirt with the Evil Queen on it. She said, “finally someone who appreciates the finer things!”
