Does your # of posts surprise you?

Everytime I see my posts #, I'm shocked at how low it is....I guess this is because I read far more than I post, and I often formulate a response, but do not post it for whatever reason. Still, it always surprises me! Anyone else surprised by the number, whether it is high or low?

I'm shocked by how high mine is. You may not believe this, but I thought that I would never be a DIS vet. It seemed like I was here for forever before I got 75 posts. Now I probably post more than 75 posts in a typical week.

Mine would not appear to be as high as it is if my start date wasn't reset in April 2000. It should read August '99, the earliest this board can show. Then it does not seem so high.

I lost mine a couple of times over the years when the boards were switched over.
So I know I posted many, many more times than my count says. Sure wish I knew the correct number.
