If we are doing Epcot EE and also LL, if we get a reservation for Remy, will it have to be after WS opens? What is the earliest possible time or when do people line up? Disney website lists the park hours but not the World Showcase hours, is it still 11am? Thanks!

It should be at 9 AM if any return times are still available when you book your LLMP selections. Some guests that were in for EE will already still be in line, and processing through the attraction.

It opens at the same time as the rest of the park, which is typically 9 am. While some individual shops and restaurants may have later opening hours, the entire area is accessible to guests when the park opens.

Is Remy still as popular as it was when it was new?

We rode it on Friday around noon. The posted wait was 25 minutes but the actual wait was just under 10. We had a Lightening Lanes booked for later in the day but just rolled it over to something else.

I didn't know you could do that, you can change your lightning lane to something else? Thanks!
Yes, this works best after you have used your first Lightening Lane and unlocked tiers and hoppers.

There is a Modify option for lightening lanes that allows you to change the time or attraction. You can even pick something in a different park if you have park hopper tickets.

Rob with Ear Scouts on YouTube calls this ‘playing the Disney slots’. Click that modify button and you never know what you’ll get.

When I stayed at Boardwalk last fall, there was already a line at 8:15, they allowed onsite guests in early. It didn’t actually start moving until 8:30.

That's insane. Maybe you stumbled onto it just as it was resuming operations from being down? Remy commonly has a wait time of an hour or more, it's still quite popular.

Nothing insane about it at all, you just have to understand the crowd patterns and know when to zig when everyone else zags. If you're familiar with the wait time charts on Touring Plan, you would see that Remy has a lull during the late morning almost every day. It's busy early then picks back up again in the afternoon.

We went to DHS for a few hours and came back through on the way to Frozen a little later and the Remy wait had popped back up to 55.

I am familiar with the chart, the main lull on Remy is in the 10 am block and runs an average posted wait of 35. The second lull is the noon block with a posted average wait is 40. You encountered either a very unique situation with a posted wait of 25 at noon, or there has been a shift in crowd patterns post TT re-opening.

While a handful of restaurants like Nine Dragons don’t open until noon, World Showcase opens along with the rest of EPCOT.

Both Guardians and Test Track were extremely busy that morning,

It was our first stop on ‘4-Park Friday’ so we just hit a few things then hopped out on the Skyliner.
