Does WDW offer Enhanced Fastpass Admission?

Is that the rumored "smart" fastpass system that allows certain ticketholders to have more than 1 fastpass at a time, depending on the coding on their passes?

I haven't heard any announcements regarding WDW and this system.

Any guest can get more than one fastpass at a time depending on what ride it is for and how busy the park is, among other factors some of them guarded Disney secrets.

If your fastpass has a next fastpass time more than an hour away, it is worth trying just one hour later for another fastpass at a ride that is not quite so busy.

I did hear of one system (Disneyland but not WDW so far, or maybe still on the drawing board) where some guests could get one fastpass to each of several rides all at once such as at the beginning of the day. I think it was in connection with staying at certain hotels/resorts.
