Does Velveeta cheese ever go bad???

I'm sitting here eating some that I have absolutely no idea how old it is or how long it's been in the fridge. It's not green or fuzzy.

Like Breezy, I have only seen it get dry and hard when not wrapped.

I've never seen it go green or fuzzy either.
I have seen it get hard and shiny (it shrinks up and looks like plastic cheese). That's the stuff you want to look out for.
