does Univ/IOA let people on the rides with no shoes?

They make you wear shoes to get on the rides. On the barge raft ride there is a center section where you can put your shoes to keep them dry. On RipSaw Falls and Jurassic Park River Ride you just hope your shoes will stay dry or wear Tevas or other sandals that can get wet and dry quickly.
