Does Tutto still have a fixed price $19.99 lunch menu?

I have searched online and checked all the restaurant menu sites. None have the fixed price/3 course lunch that I remember seeing on the menu in February. Has anyone ordered this or have the new menu? The picture I took of the menu displayed outside didn't come out.

We are going back in June without a dining plan so this would be a great bargain for us. Thanks for any help.
