Does this plan work?

I make my ADR's on Tuesday so I'm, of course, second guessing what I've chosen! LOL! I'm using the 40% code which starts Sunday Dec. 7 so that's our first day there. We will be driving from NJ the day before and HOPEFULLY gettting just outside Disney that night so we can check in and get to Epcot as close to opening as possible (figured MK would be too busy for a Sunday and Epcot would be easier to do if we're delayed at all.) Anyway, we are staying at AKL and won't have seen the resort yet. I'm not a big fan of any of the Epcot restaurants (will probaby do Coral Reef for lunch that day but that's it) so I had an idea of making a reservation at O'hana for dinner about 7pm or so and just taking the monorail over there (we'll do the fireworks on one of our free nights later in the week). I've heard so many fun things about the place from this board and this is the only night it could fit in to our plans.

Does that sound silly to go all the way over there when I'm staying at AKL and do want to try Boma sometime? I figured we would just do a breakfast one day at Boma.

Thanks for any advice!

Although Boma breakfast is great, dinner is a must try at some point too. The variety of unique flavors can not be missed. O'hana is a great choice too. I'm sorry I can't help you any more. I'm sure you will have a great time and be happy with what ever choices you make.

 I have spent my entire day, once Corey left for the airport, thinking, tweaking, and retweaking and then thinking some more about our ADR's for our call in day on Friday.

I have come to settle on the following, at least until the Candlelight Processional Narrators are announced. ;)

12/11 Lunch at Biergarten at 2:00pm

12/13 Lunch at Rose & Crown at 2:00pm

12/14 Breakfast at Kona Cafe at 10:00am
:santa: Dinner at Liberty Tree Tavern @ 6:30pm (MVMCP - Done!) :woohoo:

12/15 Afternoon Tea at GF at 2pm or later

12/16 Dinner at Hollywood Brown Derby at 6:00pm

12/17 Lunch at Liberty Tree Tavern at 12:00pm

12/18 Dinner at Le Cellier at 5:45pm

Basically, I wanted to let you know that you are not alone in your last minute madness. I think that after your long trip and a long day at Epcot, I would want to check into the hotel and collapse into a seat at Jiko or Boma to be waited on. Don't make it any harder than it has to be.

I'd probably just book dinner at Boma. The meal will be wonderful and it will be nice to get home after so much travel and park time.
