We have a GTY 11A that we booked at the end of January, 2018
I have been making payments, and last week after I paid $1900, my balance was $3225.45.
Tonight I paid $1500 and my new balance is $1695.41. As you can see, the cents are off since I paid an even $ amount. I crunched the numbers and came up with a difference of $30.04. I could not find where the discrepancy was...So I went back to look at my original confirmation e-mail from January. The cruise total for the 4 of us was $5802.24. I looked at the latest confirmation after it accepted my most recent payment and it says cruise total is $5772.20. I subtracted the new total from the original total and it equals the $30.04.
As recently as today my balance was the $3225.45. So this price difference just happened this evening at some point.
I have another stateroom CAT 5B booked for my DD, sister and niece. That price has not changed.
I have never had this happen. Does Disney drop the price of a confirmed reservation on occasions? Or might this be a fluke?
