I swear, EVERY time I go to Walmart, I must endure parents screaming at their kids at the top of their lungs - repeatedly.

I don't hear that at any other store - but Walmart brings out the "best" in people for some reason.:rotfl:

OOH YA..

They used to mine, but I think they are growing up..;)

I do agree however, it must be the toy section:confused3 :confused3

Most likely I really dont go into walmart since I been working at target.

You will not hear me screaming at my kids in a store, but you will see me get real close to their face (maybe grab their shirt in a bunch) and talking thru my teeth tell them they better knock the crap off or they might not make it back to the car alive.

i see it at walmart and target and mcdonalds and whereever parents and kids are near each other.

i was just at walmart in the food section and this women had her bluetooth ear piece in and was screaming at a family member on the other line about what they wanted for dinner and then after they decided she continued to yell at this person up to the cash register...i couldnt help but stand there and laugh

I live by the Walmart that the kid got stuck in the crane machine around 2 am. And then when the father went on the Today show he got in trouble for leaving the state, he volated his probation.

Outside the WalMart here, I saw a man lean over and blow his nose onto the sidewalk. Made me gag and want to throw up.

At another one, (why do I go there anyway?) I was in front of 2 woman and one was on her cell phone. She said "Me and your mom is at WalMarts; she is getting printer paper and I am getting orange juice to make screwdrivers."

I sure wish I lived close to a Target!

I have to admit I screamed at my kids in Wal-Mart once. I was so embarrassed but they were screwing around as I was deciding what frozen vegetables to get (DH had disappeared to the next section). DS pushed DD and she ended up on the floor. I don't know why she didn't get up and I didn't realize she was behind me. I took a step back and stepped on her arm and shouted her name. She got up quickly holding her arm. I thought I broke it but I almost fell on top of her twisting my ankle just trying to get off so I wouldn't put all my weight down when I realized she was laying down underneath me. The people in the aisle with me probably thought I was nuts but I just wanted to get out of there after that. I still get mad thinking about it.

I go to Target too so you may hear me there if my kid lays down right behind me again (dangit if she isn't getting too big to be made to sit in the cart). I can't wait for her to be in first grade (two more years) so I will have more time to shop while they are both in school.

:lmao: :lmao: I see you're in Pa...was it the "Walmarts" in Morgantown??? I've had similar experiences there:rotfl: What the hell is up with the snot rockets on the sidewalk???? :confused3

I haven't seen it since I was a kid, but there used to be something we called the "K-mart Swing". Mom or Dad dangling the kid in the air with one arm and whacking his butt with the other. I think people get arrested for that these days so they feel they have to scream instead.

I avoid our nearest Walmart like the plague...so I don't know what happens in there. :sad2:

We don't see anything different happening in the Walmart than we do in any other store. :confused3 As far as I'm concerned, Target is the same as Walmart.

No I have never seen this in my Walmart. Everyone is really nice & the store is neat as a pin.

I stopped in a Walmart near my work & it was a mess & the people were :sad2:

I have told my four year old that he was getting an "attitude adjustment" in Target. I had this one woman give me the evil eye, like, HOW DARE I say that to my poor, misbehaved child..... I asked her if she would like one too!:)
