Does the Starbucks in DCA offer wifi?

I've poured over the forums, blog posts, and news articles and haven't found any mention of wifi at the Fiddler, Fifer and Practical Café Starbucks. Does anyone know if it's offered there?

Nope. The only place I could pick up a signal was the GCH and PPH.
