Does the Polynesian greet guests with Leis??

They did several years ago when I stayed there and they still do for the luau and the breakfast with Lilo and stitch, so I would guess they still do at check in also.

Yes, they still do this. We recieved them over the counter when we checked in. The kids also got some at Ohana's for breakfast and dinner. We were there January 09 (this year).

There is always a ton of them in the lobby. The table behind the kids TV is covered. You can help yourself.

We stayed there 3 weeks ago and were given leis at check in.

in Aug. 2008 its was standard flair, but the cm might not play along so if they dnt just request 1.

We did not stay at the Poly, but had breakfast at Kona's in January. There was a CM in the lobby greeting poeple as they came in and he was passing them out.
