Does the plus dining package include refillable mugs?

I'm a little confused. Thought it was only the QS plan and DDP that included the mugs, but Unofficial Guide says the basic plan includes them too. Which is it?

QS and DxDP include the mugs. The regular DDP does not.

DxDP includes refillable mugs.

For trips starting in 2011, only QSDP and DxDDP include mugs.
For trips starting in 2012, all 3 plans include mugs.

The addition of the mug to the DDP is one of the changes for the 2012 plans.

The mug is included with the QSDP and DlxDDP for this year. Next year, the mug is included with all 3 plans .
