It may not normally leave on time, but the first run of the day is probably the ONLY exception to that.

I guess we were lucky on our trip 2 weeks ago. We were in the parks S/M/T/W. We did EE to DL on S and T. We rode the first monorail in both days, it left the station right at 7:00am. On the nose.
