Does the Jungle Cruise start at park opening?

We will be at MK for 2 days on our Oct trip. We usually start in Tomorrow land with Buzz and a FP for Space Mt. I was thinking on our second day to start in Adventure land with the Jungle Cruise. Do the boats start at park opening or is it later? If they start at park opening then I don't think the line will be huge. Trying to decide if I need to FP it or just ride it first and use the other 3 FP for other rides.

But not during morning EMH.

We went during Xmas on an EMH day, but we were staying off property, so we headed to Jungle Cruise when that part of the park opened and were on the first boat. We then did Aladdin, Pirates, met the Country Bears, Haunted Mansion and Small World all as walk-ons on a Crowd Level 10 morning.
