Does the Disneyworld.com site have issues?

I just checked my reservation on the www.disneyworld.com website and it shows that I have a standard room reservation - when I don't, I booked a courtyard view @ WL. It also shows I purchased a package for 4k - I did not, I booked room only ressies with and AP?

Should I call them to ask about this, or does this site just not post all the correct info?

What does your confirmation letter have on it?

The web site has always had the correct information for my stays, but I guess it could be wrong.
 
We have 2 reservations for April-6 nights at AKL savannah view and 2 night CR tower. On the website only the CR tower room shows up when we enter either confirmation number (weird) and shows we have a balance of $8000!!! We're only staying at CR 2 nights at $265/night (and AKL is $166/night, but that reservation doesn't even appear) so where that amount is coming from and why the AKL reservation isn't appearing is beyond me. I thought about calling to check, but then I remembered last May when we went with a large group and had 6 rooms, all at the GF, only some of them would appear and others would have a message saying it couldn't be found. So I'm not worried. but if you are, just call CRO and double check, but I'm sure everything is fine as long as you have your paper confirmation.
 
I just booked yesterday and added a day today and mine was fine.
 

I haven't received my confirmation in the mail yet. I guess I'll wait until it comes, and if it's OK I won't worry.

I called a few weeks ago because of the basically the same problem. THey are going through a major computer change so things on line right now are a little abbreviated. If you just want to ease your mind, give them a call and double check your ressies
 
I got onto the Disney system this morning and checked my two reservations. One came up but the amount I paid was incorrect, and the second reservation was a copy of the first. So I am tempted to call this afternoon and check into the situation.

I wouldn't worry too much about it. We booked over phone for AKL Savannah View. The website says Standard View, but our confirmation letter says Savannah. I do think that the website has issues! :rolleyes:
 
Give them a call to confirm. it won't hurt anything and if there really is an error, it can be fixed right away.
 
Same thing happened to me. When I viewed my reservation online it stated that I had a standard view room. (We had reserved a waterview room). I called CRO to double check my reservation and they had the correct information. The confirmation letter I received in the mail also stated waterview.
