I will be travelling with a group. I have a Tables in Wonderland card. One family will have the Regular Disney Dining Plan. Can we all have dinner together, and utilize the TIW for those who do not have the dining plan?

You can even have their alcohol, and appetizers, put on your check to get the TIW discount on it all.

Good to know! We are a party of 11 - 6 adults, and 5 children. 3 have the DDP - 2 adults and 1 child. What's the best way to get the most savings? Will the server do it by person, or can they put the most expensive entrees on the DDP credits?

The people on the DDP will have their credits withdrawn for their meals, but if they order an app or alcohol they can put that in your bill to get the TIW discount.

Will it matter that we are more than 10?

Maybe, not probably not. The TiW covers meals for up to 10 people. I doubt the one child on the dining plan is going to order anything beyond what the dining plan covers. So you should be fine.

Remember that everything to be discounted with TIW has to be on the same check. So you likely won't be able to separate the non-DDP checks if you want them discounted.

And on the credit card of the person holding the TIW card too, right?

Yes, but...
Everything on the dining plan will be on a separate check, anyway (unless they've changed things), so there isn't really any extra check here.

I mean if they want to split the non DDP checks by party. They can't do that if they want to discount their companions' orders. and yes, the person whose name is on the TIW card is supposed to be the one to pay.
