Does the DH have a mini fridge?

The other two (GCH & PPH) list it as amenities, but they are not listed for the DLH. Also, is there a place that will deliver groceries? My girls love cereal & fruit before bed, but I'd prefer not to order this from room service!

Thanks!

I just called the Disneyland Hotel yesterday to inquire about a minifridge because one of our family members needs a fridge to store medication. The DLH said that all of their rooms have minifridges.

I have not used this myself, but a lot of people swear by using Vons grocery store for grocery delivery.

We just stayed at the DLH in February. They do have mini fridges *BUT* they are a newer "green" version and aren't reliably cold. We had some perishable food that wasn't as cold as it should be so I phoned guest services and they sent up a maintenance guy. He said that they weren't going to keep food cold like a normal refrigerator, that they were more like an electric cooler. I ended up putting an ice bucket full of ice in there and it kept everything cold, some of it was too cold though and froze our yogurts.

Bottom line: I would not rely on the DLH mini fridges to keep medication that needs to be refrigerated safe.

Yes, the new mini-fridges are "Green" models but, we have not had any problem with keeping things cold. We go for five to eight days at a time as schedules permit. Keeping things cold has not been a problem. :cool1:

I agree.

We stayed at the DLH twice (for several days each visit) since the big remodel and we thought the fridges kept things very cold.

I briefly considered leaving the fruit plate out because it was so cold from the fridge but I didn't want to risk it possibly getting thrown out OR going bad from sitting out at room temp.
