Does the Annual Pass work at all Disney Theme Parks?

So I'm thinking of getting an annual pass, but I am moving to Japan in July. Does this only work for all parks around the world? I can't find the information on Disney's website.

No. Example I can not go use my Annual Pass in California.

That and Tokyo Disney isn't even owned by Disney.

My son is in graduate school in Japan, he loves Tokyo Disney... We visit him once a year.

Cast Members can get in free to all of the Disney parks around the world....except Tokyo's because it's owned by the Oriental Land Company, and not Disney.

AP holders can only get into the local parks, except for this new super pass I've heard about for WDW and DL (but rumored to be about $700)
