Yes, it's book, tax and shipping all included. The only way you pay anything is if you add more pages, the tax on anything you add, and if you choose express shipping. From the Disney site:

Standard domestic or International shipping charges will also be removed from your order. Offer does not include duties or value-added taxes, which may be assessed and are the responsibility of the package recipient. I think it depends where you live - duties and value-added taxes not included, but I'm happy that it includes International shipping!

Thanks! I am in Texas. I did the math and it is still a good deal for us to upgrade the free dining at POP with the book charge. It is not worth it if we did not get free dining and had to pay OOP for the dining plan.

So just to confirm, the book can be shipped to Canada? I will just have to pay duty?

I didn't even think of that until I read this post. Disney has a lot of things that can't be shipped outside of the US. It is disappointing. I wanted to get Disney dollars, can't because they don't ship them to Canada. I wanted to get the customized map for our trip, can't because they don't ship to Canada. Would have liked to get a Chase Disney Visa, can't because I live in Canada.

I'm going to stand here and stomp my feet like a two year old now!!! LOL

Yes, that's what it says....and they still only added $90.90 to the package price......
(On the Photopass web page it shows International shipping as $19.95 - an extra $9 on top of domestic shipping)
