Does Target sell Visa gift cards?

Going to look for a birthday present for DD's friend. She either wants a certain toy or a visa gift card...does anyone know if I can get a visa gift card at Traget if they don't have the toy? Thanks!

I can't recall seeing any at Target, but they might. I know Walmart does.

Yes, Target sells Visa gift cards (at least ours does - $25, $50 and $100). But there is a fee to purchase them - I think it is about $4 or $5. You can get a Target gift card with no fee if that helps.

Target does have the Visa Gift cards and as a pp posted they do have a fee you have to pay. It wasn't too bad of a fee and my son never had any problems using the one we got for him while he was in DC.

We had a real problem when we tried to return something bought on a visa gift card. They need to put the purchase back on the card that was used to buy it and it had been balanced out and no longer active. That plus the fee means we no longer buy them. Cash is good

I would give cash if the gift she wants isn't available. No fees and accepted everywhere.

I would check it out. I just got a Target VISA Gift Card for my B_day and one from same person at Christmas. I have tried so many times to use it online.
What is wrong? I saw a lot of other sites swith people not wanting to buy them anymore. My son in law has to handle it because he bought them both.

I know that at TD Bank you can get the cards without a price.

Is there ever a problem using them that anyone knows? I heard someone mention their having a problem on line. I was thinking of getting a couple to take to Disney instead of cash. Any thoughts?
